These terms govern the use of finecraftdetailing.com and the relationship between us and you when you send us an inquiry or leave your car with us. By using the website you accept these terms.

The supervisory authority for consumer protection is the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg). The supervisory authority for personal data protection is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
2. What the website contains
The website presents the studio and the services we offer. Descriptions and photos of completed projects show what we can achieve. The result on each car depends on its condition, so the photos are not a guarantee of a particular result.
The information on the website is not an offer to enter into a contract. A contract is concluded as described in section 4.
3. Inquiries
An inquiry through the website, by phone or on social media is free and creates no obligations for you. With it you ask us to contact you and send you an offer.
Our reply to the inquiry is not a contract either. The final price often depends on the condition of the car, so we may ask to inspect it before preparing a final offer.
4. How a contract is concluded
A service contract is considered concluded when we agree on the service, the price and the date. This usually happens at the studio, when you hand over the car. The conditions of the specific service, such as the completion time and the warranty on the applied coatings, are stated in the offer.
The price is agreed before work begins. If it turns out during the work that more is needed than agreed, we will contact you and will not do it without your consent.
5. Appointments
If you cannot come at the agreed time, please let us know as early as possible, so that we can offer the slot to another customer and arrange a new one with you.
6. Right of withdrawal
Where the contract is concluded at a distance, for example entirely by phone or e-mail, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from it within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason and without owing compensation or a penalty. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases set out in the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, including where the service has been fully performed with your express prior consent. If at your express request we begin performance before the period ends and you then withdraw from the contract, you owe an amount proportionate to the work done up to your withdrawal.
A contract concluded at the studio is not a distance contract, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to it.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a service we carried out, contact us as soon as possible and describe the problem, with photos if you can. We look into every complaint and reply within one month. These terms do not limit your rights under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.
8. Liability
We are liable for the services we carry out in accordance with Bulgarian law. We are not liable for the website being temporarily unavailable, or for the content of third-party websites that our website links to.
9. Copyright
The texts, photos, logo and design of the website belong to FineCraft or are used with the rights holders' permission. Copying them or using them commercially without our written consent is not permitted.
10. Personal data
How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
11. Disputes
Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Bulgarian law. We will try to resolve any dispute by mutual agreement. As a consumer you may also turn to the conciliation committees of the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection for out-of-court resolution (www.kzp.bg). If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
12. Changes
We may change these terms. The new version applies from its publication on the website and does not affect contracts concluded before that. When we open an online shop, we will add the terms of sale.
